Placement of Orders

1. Online Orders: -

We should receive orders, along with the full payment, at least 24 hours before the delivery date. After receiving the payment we send confirmation e-mail for same. In case if you are not received the confirmation mail/call please call us immediately.

1. Phone Orders: -

Orders can be placed on phone from 10 AM to 10 PM on all days of the week. Payment shall be taken at the time of Delivery.

Delivery of Orders
We can arrange free Home delivery around Greater Kailash, New Friends colony & CR Park area. For other locations: - Deliveries charges are extra and depend on the distance from our store.

Menu Rates displayed are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of delivery or any other charges that may be applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation of Orders
There are no Cancellation charges for 1 kg & half kg cakes before delivery of the orders. In case of ornamental cakes & bulk orders for the same day cancellation, full advance money is non-refundable that advance shall be charged as cancellation fee. If cancellation is made before than 24 hours of delivery time full advance will be refundable.
